Refunds

We want you to love your items!  If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging (manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, etc.).  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at info@whimsiness.com. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.  We will issue a return authorization and will process your return once we receive the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used or are not in the original packaging.  The customer is responsible for return packing/shipping.  

Please pack the items securely in a shipping box so the items will not be damaged during the return shipment.  We recommend shipping your return with an insured carrier and with a tracking number.   Whimsiness.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
